PLEATEAU! Help!
Ok so I have had my band 3 years. I have lost 100 lbs..still have 50 to go but I have been stuck in the same spot for about a year. If I tighten my band anymore I Vomit my own spit...Been there..not fun..So Im back to watching everything i eat and hitting the gym again..Started with Zumba and elliptical and weights..Alternating every workout....No results..Added Insanity Videos..No results..Got more strict with diet..Measuring everything no sweets no sugar no butter..Olive oil Chicken or turkey only..Cant eat bread..mainly salads..baked Kale (my new addiction) and pumped up workouts to burning 1000 calories a day and I have gained 4 lbs...I slowed down the workouts and no change..I am losing my mind over here. So incredibly frustrated! My trainer wants me doing morning and afternoon workouts however I do not have that much time available or i wont ever sleep. Has anyone had a similar issue or have any thoughts???? I am willing to try anything at this point..I am almost out of motivation!!
Fantastic....haha not what I wanted to hear obviously but thank you so much for taking the time to post an answer...So far i loosened the band a bit to eat more normal and exercise more as if band wasnt there...and still nothing so I am at a loss...Bc if I eat ay less than i already am..I will be dead.

Sorry. I was just trying to be realistic. You have worked your ass off to work with the band. Sometimes that's just not enough. Some need malabsorption. You might want to chat with some former bandsters on the revision forum and get their take on this. It just seems as though you are doing everything possible to succeed, sometimes we have to re-assess and take a different route.
Best of luck to you, and congrats on the weight you have lost!!!
Oh no! You didn't come off as rude at all. In fact I'm the one that usually comes off that way. I just kind of call them as I see them, and it doesn't always go over very well at times.
Congrats on the TT! And as far as the legs........I know what you mean. I knew my abdomen would look bad, but I was totally unprepared for how my thighs would look! But I look at it like this..........I would rather have excess skin than excess weight! :-)
