I want to thank those who have given me advice in the past. I am trying it all. Someone suggested a liver cleanse program , can anyone suggest  one to try?? I am at a stand still at losing pre -surgery weight?

Follow the pre-op diet you doctor recommends for you and it will do the trick. Doctors do it differently.

Personally I think those are a waste of your time and money. Just follow your docs instructions, everyone hits plateaus.
