Are the egg rolls any good?

B: 3 mini chicken and spinach quiche
L: slice of ham, salami and cheese
D: sirloin steak and broccoli and 2 strawberries
S: turkey and chess snack, no cracker

Water
Vitamins
30 minutes stationary bike

I tenderized and marinated the steak and it was really good.

They do crisp up well. I like them when I want something fast and I like the crunch. Taste wise I would give them a 8 out of 10.

B- 2eggs with 1/2c obrien potatoes-made omelet style 1/2 whole grain english muffin
L- 1/2 chobani yogurt with 1/2 banana ,other half of whole grain english muffin (grandson had 1/2 chobani with his pancakes)
D- left over chicken stew(not much chicken left) 1 1/2oz burger and 1 saugy hotdog.
S- a few peanuts in the shell

water, diet Peach tea, decaf coffee. mio peach tea in water.
excercise- mowed the lawn front and back! picked up a lot of branches my husband cut down!

Hope it rains soon...my lawn is nothing but sand...

I'm pretty loose right now, but 2 is the limit, I give the last one away.

Ok close your eyes I am going to confess what I ate today..

B 1/2 sausage and cheese biscuit

L 6 nachos with cheese , beans, hamburger

D 1 fried green tomato, 2 sauteed mushrooms,4 slices bacon baked  in brown sugar, 5 bites blacken chicken fettechini(sp), 2 bites mud pie

I feel sick...but it was so good

Still tight from the last fill.. whew! Down 5 lbs in 1/2 a week!

B- Skim Milk Latte

L- Fage Cherry Greek Yogurt with granola
S- a few bites of pear soaked in acai berry juice
D- Hoping to get a few bites of Tilapia down, but it might be another yougurt/protien shake kind of evening...
