Went to the gym to use the weight machines!!
B: protein shake
S: l/f string cheese (ran out last week, uggghh)
L: homemade soup
S: strawberries
D: taco salad
3 bottles of water
exercise
vitamins
How about you???

L 1/2 multi grain thin toasted w/ slice of smoked turkey 1/2 slice cheddar cheese dipped in spicy brown mustard

s veggie  straws

D 1/2 grilled meatloaf sandwich on rye with swiss cheese,

Argh, this fill that I had on Thursday is killing me! I am super restricted (in a good way--it's just been awhile!). So...

B - Protien shake
S - 1 almond (I planed on a handful but more wouldn't go down)
L - 3 bites of chicken cooked in salsa and a little rice
D - Isopure drink
Exercise - chasing triplet toddlers for an hour at the park and a nice long, but slow, walk by myself, later!

I am a little peeved about feeling so uncomfortably restricted, mostly because I have so much food in the house.. I know, a stupid reason... but on the bright side, I lost 4.5 lbs since Thursday!!!! Whoo hoo!
