Going on a zip line next weekend, then horse back riding in May. WOO HOO to WLS!!!
B: protein shake
S: protein ball 1 cracker with s/f peanut butter
L: leftover lasagna
S: 3 strawberries
D: broccoli and fish
3 bottles of water
exercise
vitamins
How about you??

B-1c non fat yogurt with 1/4c granola
s-TLC kashi bar
L- 3 oz of tuna with 2tb of light mayo- small amount 1/4 c maybe,of very dry mashed potatoes.
s-protein bar around 3
D- went out with work, they ordered apps. a piece of giant meatball, 1 steamer, 1/2 portabella mushroom.
just little taste of each app they ordered. I did well I think
s- 1 piece of raisin bread 1/2 banana 2tb all natural peanut butter

Water, decaf coffee, decaf tea. 1/2 glass of wine.
and water,water,water
no exercise today again. I will get a few miles in this weekend!

L tried McDonalds hambuger (2 bits was it) did not work well,  will not do that again. Had veggie sticks instead
