Yesterday was one of those days....

Early Breakfast: coffee with Bailey's fat free creamer
B. coffee (while sitting in the orthodontist office with my son)
S. 100 calorie Special K strawberry bar
L.  chicken soup with veggies
S. 100 calorie Keebler chocolate covered cookies
D. a big blow up....out to dinner with my production crew:
      1 onion ring, 4 pieces of fried asparagus spears, 1 potsticker
       1/2 cup of chopchop salad
      1/3 piece of baked scrod with mixed veggies and three bites of rice (I haven't had rice in 6months!)
        5 bites of Bailey's Irish Cheesecake
        1 glass of wine
Today I'm feeling so guilty that I enjoyed such a wonderful dinner!

L- 3 bites of egg salad with 3 Reduced Fat Triscuits (then threw up--oh joy)
D - Planned on having a Fat free refried bean and chicken burrito with veggies, but after throwing up at lunch, I will be having a protien shake...

Exercise: hoping for a mile on the elliptical this evening
