Took me almost 2 yrs to get back....

My lowest was 207 May of 2010. I was back up to 224 in December of 2011. I am back to 207 as of today and working it downward. Thanks to my bariatric team and Chris Bauer for knowing what I needed when I didn't.

So what is the secret?

I got a 2ml fill. I have 7ml in a 10ml band I was never tight enough and never reailized it. I used to get stuck because I was feeding my head hunger not my stomach.
I was afraid to get another fill because I was getting stuck so often. I can now only eat 1 cup of food MAX. Usually 1/2 cup. I now know what it is SUPPOSED to feel like. Chris Bauer said, well lets do a fill, if you have problems come back. I did liquid for 2 days and felt restricted and have been on a downward weight loss every since. 14lbs in 2 months, which is better than the gaining I was doing for over a year.....

I am back up a little from my lowest (which was never my goal) and seem to be stuck at that exact same weight now for 7 months. I am going in today for the first fill/check up I've had in a year, and hoping for the best!

Nice to hear that there is some hope after a few years in the battle :)
