? Help with food 3rd week into lapband

I had to do 2 weeks of liquids, 2 of mushies, and 2 of semi solids. Week 6 I ate steak the first day.
BTW I was one who was starving on day 2 and so going through the stages were really tough. The first couple of days of a phase I was satisfied then the full hunger returned. I faithfully followed the schedule because I went through so much to get this bugger that I wasn't taking any chances.
On the mushy stage I did fat free refried, cottage cheese, small bits of mashed potatoes, sf pudding, cooked cereal, greek yogurt, etc. If that is the stage you are going into, enjoy.
