B- Almonds (100 calorie pack) 3 slices of apple
L-1 cup cottage cheese, 2 chicken strips(baked chicken), V8
S-1 tbs peanut butter 1/4 banana
D-4 oz steak,  cheese, FF refried beans, salas, 2 wheat tortillas

LOTS of water (I get more than 64 ozs)
45 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes weights (upper body and core) stretching

b- 1c nonfat yogurt 1/4c bare naked granola
s- 2oz meatloaf
L- 5oz steak,cauliflower, 1/2 tomato eggplant soup (I work in a hotel and we had a celebration lunch...yes ate too much)
d- 1/2c  yogurt 1/2 banana
s-2oz meatloaf  1 multi- grain English muffin (must need fill, muffin went down!)
Have to wait till April 12 for a fill, had to move appointment from April 3-due to hotel training grrrrrr
water, decaf coffee.
Vitamins /calcium
walked 3+ miles the last two days, took tonight off lol

 I have always drunk a lot but before it was soda.  I use to drink about a gallon or more of soda.  I also follow my nuts advice and drink no calories so everything I drink is water.  I am constantly drinking. I have always been that way.  When I exercise because I sweat like a pig I down about 24-30 in 45 minutes.  I have no problems chugging water even with my band at about 9.8 ccs. Only thing I can't do is drink lots of water and lay down I can feel it come back up on me.  

I guess my tip for people is to always have a cup of water with you where you go.  Take a gulp every couple minutes that's what I do but I do it so mindlessly. I don't even think about it. In fact if I don't have a cup with water to drink I find myself reaching for something to drink and its not there and I get aggravated ....hahhaha hah!!!!!

I do have a drink with me every where I go and sip all the time. I find that if I drink so frequently, I am burping all the time. Doesn't bother me, just weird!
