I had 1/2 cake pop yesterday and 2 bugles (they were really good) need to confess
B: protein shake
S: protein ball
L: hot dog no bun
S:Spinach salad
D: homemade lasagna
S: 2 strawberries
3 bottles of water
exercise
vitamins
How about you??

I'm hoping I can stick with this plan and stay focused..

B: Carbmaster yogurt
L: 2 hard boiled eggs
S: 2 hard boiled eggs
D: Bacon and fried eggs
S: Egg salad if still hungry later after dinner

Glad to see you!! 48oz of water so far, way to go. I've barely finished one bottle (16.9oz).

B: oatmeal and protein drink
L: turkey, dab of cheese and spoonful of potato salad
D: 1/4 of spinach, chicken, mushroom, Swiss omelet and two bits of multigrain pancake

Requested IHOP cooked the omlette with Pam, it was fabulous!

Back to water aerobics!

OK...I guess today was making up for last weekend nightmare of being sick!

B. coffee with fat free Bailey's cream
S. decaf tea with skim milk
L.  Beef stew, veggies, no potato
S. 1/2 piece of banana bread
D  small salad (after I thought I would never eat salad again!) and 1/3 of Marsala Stuff Chicken Breast from the Olive Garden with zuccini squash.  (I have enough left over for 2 more meals)!
S planning on one package 100 calorie Keebler Right Bites.

L 1/2 multi grain orowheat thin, 2 slices turky, 1/2 slice cheese

D 1/2 spicy chicken tender, 1/4 cup mashed potatos, 1/2 slice bread

2 large Ice tea's
2 cups coffee w/ sugar free creamer
1  12 oz water
