What are we eating, today??

For Friday
Went to the free gym, which I used to go to right after first being banded and haven't been to in a long time , to use the weight machines. I used to work out on 9 different machines, now they only have 4. But I was able to still do the same amount of reps and same amount of weights on each machine.But I have a feeling I will be sore tomorrow! I did do 2 reps on each machine since their are less of them. It did feel good to be back there!!
B: protein shake/string cheese
L: 2 lean cuisine chicken egg rolls (the commercial got me, LOL)
D: Meatballs with squash and tomatoes
S: broccoli
3 bottles of water
exercise
vitamins
How about you??

Finally started losing again after a much needed fill. down 5lbs since monday

Lapband - Jan 2009 weight goal reached with lapband. Revised to VSG- 1/25/16
