For Thursday
B: protein shake
S: l/f string cheese
S: 1 cake pop (made this for the first time,had to taste it, OMG they are delish!!)
L: spinach salad
D: meatballs and squash
3 bottles of water
2 x exercise
vitamins

Holy poop, I just realized that I havent been on here except to post for the St. Patty's challenge. I have been sick for the better part of 2 weeks thanks to allegeries. We have had some fab-u-lous weather here in PA! So my hubby and I have been shopping and making meals from a weight loss surgery recipe book that came when he ordered Jeans Bandwagon for me. These recipes are amazing once you figure out what half of the ingredients are. lol With that said, we have been eating pretty darn good.
E: coffee with vanilla creamer
B: 2 egg omelet with shredded mozzarella, jalapeno and habenaro (sp?) peppers, turkey and turkey pepperoni. It sounds like a lot but everything was so finely chopped that you just get a taste
L: salmon w/ wasabi glaze
S: latte...shouldn't of done it but couldn't resist. It made my throat feel better...thats my story and Im stickin to it!
D: spicy grilled marinated chicken and broccoli
I have been trying to stick to about 6oz at every meal. Water is easily over 70 ounces.
