constipation

When I was on a low calorie diet yrs ago with a weight loss clinic the foods we ate caused that issue. A requirement was extra water and I believe vitamin e. I also now take a salmon pill. Brain dead. You know the omega 3 fatty acids. Helps lubricate your stool. Sorry to be graffic. And remember you are eating less and it does affect you that way too. Little in little out. Or longer duration. Just don't do laxatives if you can help it. Btw, what was your weight prior to surgery and how much have you lost so far if you don't mind me prying?

Before my 6 month pre surgery visits, I was 235. I got down to 203 day of surgery and now I am at 199 one week after surgery. Haven't been below 200 in a very long time.  WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!
I did have to use a senna yesterday, now everything is working fine in that department. drinking lots of water as to prevent it from happening again!!!!

  Heaviest wt. 235- surgery wt-203

(Fallen trying to get back on)      Current wt= 215.

I think I jinxed myself. Was so constipated today I thought I was going to die. I even had to send husband to the store for suppository. Boy, was this morning terrible.

Now on a better fiber regiment so I don't ever have to go thru that again!
