L: the last of the broccoli soup
S: l/f string cheese
D: tuna salad
S: broccoli
3 1/2 bottles of water
exercise (have been doubling up making up for last week)
Vitamins
How about you??

L: Oatmeal and yogurt

D: Tilapia, Cauliflower, spinach

S: prune, small slice of ham and cheese

water, vitamins
30 minutes on stationary bike
