bloody nose after throwing up

I have been having a bit of trouble eating the last few days. Tonight I had some halibut and soft vegetables--just a few bits.  The halibut got stuck and I threw up which happens on occasion. However tonight I noticed drops of blood from my nose which has never happened before. Was this just the force of throwing up?  I have had the lapband for 3 years.

Julia, I am sorry I missed this post when you posted this. I really hope you called your doctor. You may be a tad bit to tight. I would suggest if you keep trowing up even occasionally you should have a slight un fill. Hope all is better with you..

  I have been trouble eating so for whatever reason I must be a bit too tight. I was toying around with the idea but your response helps me to make that call today. Thanks for the idea. I appreciate your encouragement!
