Amazed and a bit confused

Thanks so much all, I had really just given up on any type of weight loss and was working at being happy anyway! Fortunately I hadn't had to take prednisone full time just when my lungs acted up. I'd love to be able to get back to where I was before the lung issue.Believe it or not before I got the lung funk I worked out 6 days a week 1-2 hrs on a stationary bike and another 45 min.- 1 hr. on the bowflex working a different muscle group eace day. So it was really hard for me to end up unable to exercise, I already ate good quality food and the exercise kept everything under control but without it even the little bit I ate packed on the pounds. Anyway thanks for your support and maybe someday I'll figure out how to get a picture posted. You all rock!!!

Thanks so much, now I know what the excitement is all about. It sure does feel good! I still have a LONG way to go but at least it gives me back some hope again.
