What are we eating, today??

For Monday,
B: oatmeal
L: broccoli soup (of course this does not fill me up, but I love it and just suffer through)
S: l/f string cheese, 10 grapes
D: 1 homemade beef enchilada
3 bottles of water
exercise
vitamins
(FYI, 3 TBS of sunflower seeds have 190 calories WTH? Good thing I read the label, but only after eating them for 2 days, YIKES)
How about you???

 Monday:

B - homemade granola cereal (big, painful mistake!)

L -  protein shake

D - taco meat with peppers, onion, tomato and avocado

I've made home made granola,but not granola cereal, why was it a mistake??

 For some reason it hurt going down, maybe I didn't chew it up enough.  I think I just need to be more careful.

Had a fill yesterday...wow can I feel this one. Its been so long forgot, what it feels like to be full.

B coffee w/creamer

L 1/2 slice turkey, cheese

D cup of soup

I will work on a better balance diet tomorrow
