Didn't weigh this week, I started lifting weights again (can't seem to lose without doing them) and I know that I am always heavier after lifting............

So we can put down 0 for this week...........I will weigh Saturday just won't lift the day before LOL.....

A  big fat ZERO...thank you aunt flo. I was put on a continuous birth control to keep migraines away but I seem to be having more issues since being on it.   I am so sad but I cannot imagine how you feel.  You have come so far and you are absolutely gorgeous.  DO NOT GIVE UP!

I go down a couple a pounds then on the weekend I gain it back. Shame on me.  I can be so good during the week but the  weekend is another story.  Im still at 228.

I'm sorry I'm posting my weight so late.

I was 169.7 lbs...that's a 4.8 loss for the week.
