It's been so long since I've had surgery let me see if I can remember..lol

1. I ordered Unjury from Unjury.com...I still drink the shakes from time to time when I need to get back on track....the chocolate are yummy with low fat or soy milk, has lot of protein.

2. Crystal lite is good

3. Any type of broth helped me

4. I lived on refried beans and melted cheese and salsa..helped with weight loss too.

5. Tuna, used the magic bullet to puree my tuna and egg salad

6. Heat Pad

7. Liquid Tylenol

8. Lots of pillows

Good luck on your upcoming surgery!

I drank a lot of the Zero Vitamin water.  They have a lot of really good flavors.

Had surgery on 3/8.  I bought a lot of yogurt, without chunks. Flavored but no whole fruit. I been drinking low carb slim fast shakes. Broth, sugar free pudding, jello and popsicles. I feel full with just all this.

I ate sugar free Jello if I didn't fel like having anything else. Not often because yoou need stuff higher in protein. Broth, creamy soups like tomato (I melted a little peanut butter in mine). . I ate a lot of sugar free pudding made with skim milk and Any Whey protein powder. Look up some recipes for protein shakes. If you find a couple that sound good to you buy the ingredients. Peanutbutter banana protein shakes are yummy. It's best to get things that don't require a lot of preparation.
