first 5k today!! How was your first 5k?

Great Job!!!! So proud of you!!!I exercise daily but havent been brave enough  to try yet !!!I can never breath right when I run!!!!

 My first timed race will be in April (I am running though the Lincoln Tunnel in NYC), I also just signed up for the half marathon in October, I am so excited about both!

You are on your way to a powerful journey.... it's such a great feeling of accomplishment and personal strength and power.

I'm now training for a 1/2 marathon and have two coming up in the next two months.  Considering the Air Force Marathon in September!

Way to go and I hope this becomes a way of life - I think you'll love it.
