Its been a  year for me also I am down 56 lbs. I see it as something good as in I can walk a little farther and I am feeling good. But it seems that the pounds have been creeping back on. I have ankle issues and will be having another surgery in June. But I totally understand where you are coming from. I would love to be your buddy. My name is Sarah nice to meet you perhaps we can beat this together let me know what you think.

I have an ankle and hip issue so I have been doing non-weight bearing exercise. I will head back to the pool as soon as my six weeks is up, but for now I bought a little pedal machine for $18 and I sit on the sofa or chair and ride it every day.

Try to be creative with your exercise so it is easier for you and less painful.

Best wishes. Hang in there. Make sure you are tracking your food and exercise too so you can really see what you are doing. Use MyFitnessPal.com.

same here! 1 year, not even down 25lbs- don't worry, it is not how I was hoping for it but if I hadnt done it I would most probably be heavier than before as well xx
Roll on weight loss!

Hi, it has been 13 months since my surgery and I've lost about 35 lbs, I was hoping to loose so much more, it is depressing for me.  I try to stick to the diet and excersise, but I keep gaining and loosing the same 5 lbs!!!  I've got 8ccs in a 10 band.  Sometimes I wish I would have had the gastric bypass.....

YES steroids will make you hungry! I was on them for skin issues and I was starving and wide awake. Hang in there, I hope you don't need them much longer. Best wishes.
