For Thursday
B: l/f string cheese
L: creamy chicken
S: piece of candy
D: broccoli soup
S: Greek yogurt/small bowl of cereal
crazy eating day
3 1/2 bottles of water
no exercise
vitamins
what about you??

Coffee early

B. High Fiber Maple/Brown Sugar oatmeal

S: vanilla cupcake with an oreo baked in the bottom....FAIL!

L: FF Yogurt, LF cheese stick

S: 1/2 banana

D: 2 Fish sticks, veggies

Todays goal: Drink 2 bottles of water!

I did do 1/2 hour strength training yesterday at high tempo so it was aerobic as well.

Pre-Op wt : 210 (Nov 08)

Lowest Post-op wt: 145 (Jul 12)

Removal wt: 185 (Feb 19)

My band suddenly got tight a few days ago, so it will be another day of protein shakes, greek yogurt, and soup. If I'm having the same problem still next wk. I'll be going for a slight unfill.
