Yes, we'll forked tuna with mayo and egg sals .. I use mayo and a little mustard. You need it really soft.
The baked ricotta recipe is something like

1 cup ricotta ... Part skim or fat free
1/2 cut parm cheese
1 egg
Salt, pepper, Italian spices as you desire
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

I mix all of that, then top with a little pasta sauce and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.

Than I ate about 1/4 cup at a time

I had surgery today, so not able to get up and find my written recipe.
I had a tummy tuck today..."wahoo!

Good luck with your tummy tuck.... I will be here everyday so when you do get up and get your notes, I WILL BE HAPPY  to read them.

How are you feeling with the tuck?

I have used soup in the blender. Bean soup, split pea soup ect. just a little in the blender till mush.
It is rather good. Also cottage cheese, re-fried beans are also good protein sources.
You'll do good I am sure, the bean soup may also help you go to the bathroom, that always a challenge when on liquids and mushies.

Good luck, and I am sure others will give you ideas too.

Mashed retried beans with some cheese

Baked sweet potato mashed with a little light butter....mashed well

Remember, you will, probably be eating only 1/4 to 1/2 cupmatma time ..probably 5 times a day.

Better to eat SMALL meals more frequently than treat a lot at 1 time.

So don't fix too much or it will go to wate.

My doctor let me start on other foods the 2nd week. If I could tolerate it. Of course you should do what the doctor says. Everyones band can be different and everyone can tolerate different things. Sometimes trial and error.
