I am retaining water and went up 4 lbs. my caloric in take is low. And wondering if metabolism is slowing down. Anyone else go through this after getting restriction and basically starting over? I feel supe puffy!
Took a pill to help rid me of some water. Ate more protein too. One say at a time. I know caffeine can cause you to go more but can it make you retain? Continuing to do all I can. Good news sugar is improving!
