Skin sag 8+ years out, 50+ years old
Thank you Bette for continuing to help educate us as we all adjust to our new life. My arms are the only part of my body that I dislike. Compared to how I looked prior to surgery I am willing to keep the sag of my arms as a reminder of how far that I have come. Please keep posting to help all of us. I Wish You Well.
I have the samething with mine, and my legs are terrible. My oldest son who has been running marathons for the past year said I just need to work out and it will go away!! I admit I didn't work out, but I am pretty sure all the body building I could do would make the skin tighten up. I am glad the fat is gone and wouldn't go back to the old me again.
