Thanks for posting the pics and keeping it real! You look teriffic. I appreciate your inspiration as usual and for showing yourself. I think you look great after a tremendous weight loss your skin has snapped back a lot. Keep up the good work.

Thank you Bette for continuing to help educate us as we all adjust to our new life.  My arms are the only part of my body that I dislike.  Compared to how I looked prior to surgery I am willing to keep the sag of my arms as a reminder of how far that I have come.  Please keep posting to help all of us.  I Wish You Well.

I have the samething with mine, and my legs are terrible. My oldest son who has been running marathons for the past year said I just need to work out and it will go away!! I admit I didn't work out, but I am pretty sure all the body building I could do would make the skin tighten up. I am glad the fat is gone and wouldn't go back to the old me again.
