L: 7 layer dip with a few tortilla chips
S: l/f string cheese
D: bok choy salad w/chicken
Spinach
3 bottles of water
vitamins
exercise
How about you??

Wednesday, bad day for me......didn't count the calories but will post to hold myself accountable....since just low carb didn't work for me (only lost a pound in a month) I am going to try carb cycling to see if that works lol......

B: Protein shake (started out right)

L: Broccoli Souffle (Garden lites)

S: Fruity pebbles (out of the box, should have measured some out), crackers with butter

D: Cuban dish with yellow rice, chicken and black beans, sugar free pudding

UGH... embarassing...but if this is what I need to do to hold myself accountable then so be it
