What are we eating, today??

For Tuesday,
Another day of running around, If I was always so busy I would probably be thinner.
B: protein shake
L: grilled hot dog, no bun, with mustard
D: Chinese salad (bok choy) with chicken
S: some sort of veggie
Vitamins
Exercise (got it done early)
3 bottle of water
How about you??

B: yogurt and K20
L: turkey cheddar brat and cottage cheese
D: chicken taco no shell and two chips and salsa
S: jello pudding

25 min stationary bike

early-protein shake
B 3/4c oatmeal with 1/2 banana
l- 3oz chicken with light mayo, romaine lettuce (lettuce caused pain......no more lettuce for me)
d- 3 1/2 fish fillet 1/2 sweet potato   1/2c yogurt
s- 100c almonds

water, tea,decaf coffee thru the day.
no excercise tonight went to support group and got home late.


Can't wait for time to change ,so we have more daylight in the evening!

Snack ounce turkey deli meat
Dinner 2 ounce chicken
Greenbeans
Sugar free apple sauc
Snack sugar free pudding
No no 2 choc covered biscotti.

B- French toast,( made with lite ww bread) fresh mashed strawberries for topping, coffee
L- Hot dog. -mustard
S- chicken stirfry with fresh vegetables
snack- popcorn
