St Patty's Day Challenge! Week 4 Weigh in

Hey everyone,

I hope you all had a great week. My week was crappy, I gained 3 lbs..my band has been unusually tight the past few days which has been making me not feel very well and leading me to poor food choices. I think I may need a slight unfill, this seems to happen the week before TOM each month. I have been sticking with broth most of the day today and things have been okay so far.
We have 2 full weeks left for the challenge and 2 more weigh ins! Lets make them count everyone! The final weigh in will be March 19th.  
I'm still trying to figure out the details for the next challenge, when it will be, how long etc. Any input or ideas on this would be great..I will keep you all posted. Thanks.

Stayed the same once again  the good thing about this challenge however is that I am at least weighing in once a week.....keeping me honest at least lol....

Hope your next week is better. I hate that!
I lost 1/2 lb, first my scale said the same weight, then it said error, next it was 1 lb less, so I'll go with the middle, LOL
How about a Earth Day or Cinco De Mayo for the next one??? What ever you choose is good with me. You could do a every 6 weeks challenge, 6th Sunday, "it's all good" !!

Hi Ashley,
I was super busy at work last week and forgot to reply to the thread.

Anywhoo- I am down 7 pounds in all.

This may be the 1st challenge that I get close to my promised # lol  I usually fail after week 3
 Remember, if you want to be a 155 pound person, you have to EAT like one.

 I stayed the same this week.  Better than gaining I suppose.  Need to really work on the exercise.  Hubby and I have started couch to 5k, now all we have to do is keep going.

I am down 2 pounds, todays weight 255!! I am down 11 so far for the challenge. My goal was 12 but now I am hoping for 14 or 15!

I am maintaining instead of losing --- 3 weeks straight of travel has that effect on me.

I have my tummy tuck this Thursday -- and wanted to be down about 5 pounds -- but it is what it is.
Hopefully, he is going to cut off about 5 pounds!!   LOL -- get rid of those suckers one way or another!
