I am terrible, I eat out most every day! There is a new Hot Dog restaurant in our area and I wanted to keep the calories down so I tried their roasted carrot and you add your own toppings! I ate about half of the carrot it was so big!
I love cooked carrots! Not a lot of protein but I still met my goals for the day.

L. Vanilla Unjury Protein Shake with a piece of banana and PB powder
S. skipped
D. 1/4 cup pureed onion soup
1/4 cup pureed sweet potato, chicken and broth
filling very uncomfortable at the moment...
Down 6 pounds since Monday.
Unfortunately because of my hip being so useless...I can't exercise at all.

Finally recieved my Ezsweetz in the mail so going to make a batch of Chocolate Bark later-will probably have a little piece

L - junior burger, with avocado, and tomato...no bun and a couple of fries
D - protein shake (not hungry but needed the protein)
No snacks today, too much sweet tea (lunch date with my sister...too much talking and mindless drinking)
Day off Couch to 5k.
