For Wednesday
B: vanilla blueberry protein shake
S: string cheese l/f
I went to the store and was looking at Easter candy and I was starving, had to get myself out of that aisle, FAST!!
L: cream potato soup, 1/2 homemade enchilada
S: broccoli
D: low carb creamy chicken (made in the crock pot)
3 bottles of water
exercise
vitamins
how about you???

I always find it hard to avoid the Cadbury Easter eggs..I love those things. Sweets are definitely my weakness.

What is the low carb creamy chicken?

B: Sugar Free Jello
S: 1/2 cup Egg salad
L: Bacon, lettuce, tomato with mayo
S: 1/2 cup Egg salad
D: 2 low carb hot dogs with chili, cheese and onions
May have a light snack if get hungry later
64 oz of water so far..working on getting more in since I went over my carb count a little bit at dinner
Vitamins
Exercise-going to be sore tomorrow

 I allow myself one Cadbury egg a year.  This year it actually made me sick and I couldn't fini****!  

B- 100 calorie, multi-grain English muffin

L- tried the new grilled nuggets at Chick-fil-A...YUM! No fries

D- spaghetti w/meat sauce, broccoli and carrots

No snacks today and I didn't finish dinner either...just not hungry today.

Started Couch to 5K and got 64 oz of water in today!

I absolutely LOVE Cadbury eggs, too. I see they have Choc. ones, now. UGGHHH!!

I had the chocolate one this year.  The first two bites were heaven, the third sent me over the edge!  LOL!!

I'm on a liquid diet for the next week, so I've had a protein shake and something that resembles tomato soup.  I'll have two more shakes before bed.  YUMM!
