What are we eating, today??
For Tuesday,
S: String cheese(before work out)
B: chunky monkey protein shake (choc protein, 1/4 banana and 1 TBS natural peanut butter)
L: Homemade cream of potato soup that my daughter made, ramekin bowl
S: spinach salad w/3 cherry tomatoes with balsamic
D: Beef stroganoff (fresh and easy) 1/4 of it
3 bottles of water
exercise
vitamins
plus I jumped on the trampoline for 5 minutes, LOL

I walked on my lunch hour and sucked down a 101.4 ounce container of water. My coworkers were teasing me when I walked into a meeting with it. lol

did a it works tummy body wrap I have lost 2 inches this week with 2 wraps. I love them! They keep working for 3 days.
Weighed this am and I am 189 Whoo Hoo Praise the Lord!!! 85 lbs gone!
