Had a baby 4 months ago..Need Friends For support
Hello there. I had a baby 4 months ago and I now back on track to lose weight. I now have 8.5 CCs in my band. What I am looking for is more friends for support. I remember January of last year I was on fire after my surgery. I lost 30 pounds and I was unstoppable..then I found out surprise! You're pregnant! I only gained 4 pounds my entire pregnancy which was a blessing because I was already a heavy girl but I am now 4 pounds lighter then when I found out I was pregnant. I'm kind of where I started.. I'm ready to log in often to OH for support. I have got to get this weight off of me. Please feel free to add me as a friend, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks for reading my post!

Remember to use your birth control faithly so you can move onto weight loss. Congratulations on being 4 pounds smaller that is an accomplishment.
8.5 cc is pretty full. So now you have to work your food plan. I know that is hard with a baby, but you probably can't eat too much real food, so watch out for the liquid calories and the so called slider foods that just go down very easy and have no nutritional worth.
Find a support group and attend. Possibly try Over Eaters Anonymous because they usually meet every week.
