For Monday:
B: protein shake
L: 1 homemade enchilada (ate 1 of my son's Skittles and it was G O O D)
S: spinach salad with balsamic
D: homemade meatloaf (ramekin bowl) probably a bite or two of mashed potatoes
S: maybe Greek yogurt with peaches
3 bottles of water (also had a s/f decaf coffee, trying to cut out coffee due to my hiatal hernia)

Wow, you did great.....skittles are soooo addictive for me, I could never eat just one....has to be the original ones though LOL......

Early     - Coffee w/ FF Half & Half, Splenda
BF        - 1 hard boiled egg
Lunch   - salad w/ tuna & lt mayo
snack    - 2 clementines
Dinner   - salmon w/dill sauce, cole slaw, mixed veggies

Haven't been getting enough water in, so I'll be working on that.
