What are we eating, today??
For Sunday,
Been busy all day, only had breakfast so far, UGGHHH. Anyway here is a pic of my sugar flowers.(last class tonight)
B: 3/4 bowl of oatmeal (I haven't been able to eat it all lately)
L:
D: homemade enchilada (try and eat one)
S: corn
water 3 bottles (only had one so far, double UGGHHHH)

Today was a horrible food day..it started out good but then turned bad quickly
B: 1/4 cup mixed nuts, banana
S: A few bites of fried rice and an eggroll
D: 1 burrito and some nachos
Had a small ice cream sundae and cookies
64 oz of water
20 oz diet mountain dew

The flowers are awesome Mari! Not the best choices yesterday but it could have been worse and today is a new day...
B: 2 eggs and 2 sausage links (ended up more like 1 each because I was full and gave it to the dog)
L: Snack mix - I thought was horrible but it actually had a decent amount of protein and not as many carbs. lol
D: 3 chicken nuggets
S: popcorn...the whole freakin bag. Can we say SLIDER? My hubby sent me away because he said that I was about to crack...my stress level has been way too high the last 2-3 weeks with his surgery and the boys having the flu. So I went to see The Vow and enjoyed my popcorn.

I've eaten a whole bag of popcorn a few times, LOL But for me the next day, I am so tight I could scream, not sure why, but it cured my eating popcorn. I don't think there is a lot of calories in a bag, and you didn't eat a whole bag of Snickers.

L/S: Pistachios, Veggie Stix
D: Baked chicken wings, blue cheese, 5 tator tots
S: sugar free chocolate pudding, Veggie Stix (need to get those out of the house).....
So hungry had a spoon full of peanut butter before bed :-(

L: 3/4 cup of chicken breast, 1/3 cup of green bean caserole, 1/4 cup of cooked carrots, one bite of husband's strawberry shortcake!
D: 1 c of beef vegetable soup, cottage cheese
S: prune

30 minutes on the stationary bike
