Wow that is great! Congrats! I just celebrated my 3 year anniversary and have lost 4 lbs so far. So I am right on schedule to lose 96 more lbs by the time I am 140 years old.
Can your share how you did it and how you deal with head hunger?

Hugs! The band does not work for most of us long term. That is why you so very seldom see a bandster that has made it 5 yrs. with their band. And on the rare occasions that you do, they have almost always had to have a 2nd surgery. There is a failed band group on FB the link is below. Please join!
