I just realized that today is my bands 4 yr anniversary! Seems like it was just yesterday although it has been a hard road many times, I am still so grateful for my band and the positive things it has helped me to do and achieve. I am 10 pants sizers lower, a BMI that dropped almost 40 points and a healthier happier version of the old me. I do not post much but wanted to share that although it has not been a help to many, it has changed the lives of alot as well. I am still a work in progress but I am down about 300 pounds and I WILL get to the finish line :)
