What are we eating, today??
I feel better after posting here...and sometimes confessing my food sins! It makes me realize that although I have this "band"...it comes down to me and what I do with it that counts.
Thursday:
B. fat free yogurt
S. skipped
Lunch: skipped...I had a tooth pulled at 10am.
S. skipped
D. mushy chicken soup, with veggies
S...here it comes...a mini cupcake and mini cheesecake (size of a quarter)! My client gave me a mixed box of cupcakes so I could taste the quality of her food, as I produce bridal shows and the next one is all about cakes and confections...she wanted to know if she was good enough. Her cake is better than some...frosting needs work...a little!

Friday:
B. fat free yogurt
S. protein shake
L. half a bagel flat (50 calories) toasted and topped with 1/2tsp lite mayo, onion, chicken breast chunks and fat free cheese melted on top...first time I tried this...it was excellent.
plus 1/4 cup of fat free cottage cheese seasoned with a sprinkle of garlic herb dip mix.
S. skipped
D. 8 medium cold shrimp with lite ****tail sauce and about 3/4 cup of green and yellow squash with onions. 1/2 cup a chopped mixed salad with a blush wine salad dressing.
S. Skinny cow
I feel stuck on the same 6 pounds...3 up, 3 down...2 up, 5 down...driving me crazy...getting another fill on Monday!!!
