For Friday:

Had a pedi today, so relaxing, should get them more...

B: oatmeal
L: sausage with squash (I am not making this again, it just "sits" in there and makes me "burp"
S: Greek yogurt
D: homemade chili (Frito's with chili and a little cheese)
S: spinach salad
3 bottles of water
vitamins
exercise
How about you???

B: 1 hard boiled egg
L: 2-3 oz meatloaf burgers with pepper jack cheese
S: 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
D: 2-3 oz meatloaf burgers with bacon, lettuce, tomato
Slacked on water today..only around 48 oz of water in so far

Edit to add: I ended up splurging a bit and had a cup of ice cream..hopefully it won't affect me too much.

You can eat raw carrots, etc. Lucky you. My band does not like them. LOL

Ashley, can you post your recipe for meatloaf burgers? I love meatloaf! Are you using any ground turkey? Sometimes I mix half and half.

I love meatloaf too, this was my first attempt to make the burgers and they turned out pretty good. The burgers are easier to make band portioned sized than making the entire meatloaf.

You can take any meatloaf recipe and turn it into burgers-I didn't really follow a set recipe just threw some stuff together

3 lbs of lean hamburger
1/4 cup of low carb ketchup
1 green pepper finely chopped
1 small red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs
Garlic powder

S-Protein shake

My menu sucks!! On the up side I've lost 6lbs in the last three days. I had a small unfill today and feel 100% better. 2 more days of liquids.
