B: 1 hard boiled egg
L: 2-3 oz meatloaf burgers with pepper jack cheese
S: 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
D: 2-3 oz meatloaf burgers with bacon, lettuce, tomato
Slacked on water today..only around 48 oz of water in so far
Edit to add: I ended up splurging a bit and had a cup of ice cream..hopefully it won't affect me too much.

I love meatloaf too, this was my first attempt to make the burgers and they turned out pretty good. The burgers are easier to make band portioned sized than making the entire meatloaf.
You can take any meatloaf recipe and turn it into burgers-I didn't really follow a set recipe just threw some stuff together
