I decided to give myself a bit of a cheat day. I hope it doesn't hurt me too much.
B: 2 fried eggs and bacon
S: Macadamia nuts
D: Went out for Chinese..ate way too much and really crappy but it was so good.
64 oz of water so far..

B: 1 scrambled egg, pinch of shredded cheese, pinch of diced ham
L: chicken and retried bean taco, no shell
S: 1 peanut butter cheese cracker
D: 1 crab cake and low fat broccoli and cheese rice.
S: cottage cheese

If anyone likes crab cakes, Winn Dixie has Ocean Cafe crab cakes. You bake them and they are low fat, hi protein! And, they taste great!

P.S. Winn Dixie is in the South.
