Most definitely have that Margarita before the gym.  You might not get a chance when you get done and you can work of those calories to boot.

Great Post!!! I don't get it!! Why does EVERY ONE's band have to last forever??? **** happens....why are so many people BITTER and have an ax to grind about the band? This lets me know how much people probably MISS their sweet ole lap bands.

Why don't you hear this is the RNY board or Sleeve Board??? Why don't you hear of disgruntled people saying EVERYONE who gets the bypass will suffer horrible complications???

Why is it ALL ABOUT THE LAP BAND....WHY?????? Please tell me why???

If I gain weight with my band GUESS WHAT??? It's MY fault ....NOT my lap band, no one is putting a gun to my head and make me eat those cookies or candy bar....or pizza.....

What really irks me is....when people say ...oh....I've gained 40 pounds back I am getting a revision to the Sleeve.....WTF...just like the Sleeve is a magic wand and your weight problems will be over forever, OF course ANY weight loss surgery will work great the first year, .........I am gonna stop posting here because I just can't take the stupidity any longer.

If my band explodes tomorrow...**** happens...I am not gonna come here and tell everyone else their band is a ticking time bomb also.....But if my band slips....I will do everything in my power to get it replaced...coz I love it
