B: protein shake EAS 20 mg
L: squash/smoked sausage 4 oz
D: tuna salad, heated 5 oz/1/4 cup noodles
S: sort sort of veggie

Vitamins
3 bottles of water
How about you???
no exercise, (running all around town)

S: 1 thin hamburger patty
L: Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoe, and bacon, no bun
S: 1 thin hamburger patty
D: 2 meatloaf burgers with lettuce, tomatoe and bacon, no bun

66 oz of water so far..trying to get more in

L: Tuna w olive oil lite mayo, tomatoe, apple

S: SF coconut pecan ice cream

D: Ribeye w grilled onions and peppers, A1, green beans, sf pudding

991 calories, 76gr carbs, 28gr fiber, 72gr protein
