For Tuesday:
B: protein shake
S: blood orange (wanted to see what one tasted like, mine tasted like any other orange, LOL)
L: Jean's sausage and squash recipe & 1/4 cup of spinach salad
D: bought a meal at Fresh and Easy, Chicken Alfredo (on sale) will eat 1/3 and give the rest to hubby for lunch tomorrow.
S: Edamame
3 1/2 bottles of water, and 1/2 bottle of Mighty green smoothie, 7 oz (also on sale at F&E)

Tangelos are better!

B: SF carnation breakfast drink w/added protein and 1/3cup dry Quaker Oatmeal Squares (dry)
L: small piece of spinach feta quiche and 1/4 mixed fruit
D: 4 small shrimp, 1/4 chicken breast, 1/3 cup Edamame, 1/2 cup clear soup

I didn't realize I had to shell the Edamame, LOL The first one, un-shelled was awful chewy. (I usually buy the shelled ones)
I do like tangelos!

 I had a bad day today food wise.  Was painting inside with teenagers.  

B- click shake
L- Noodle with sauce side dish 3/4 c
S-tortilla chips with yogurt dip (about 10 chips)
D- 1 small slice white pizza with chicken and asparagus
later-1/2 cup ice cream and a fiber one brownie
