St Pattys Day Challenge! Week 2 weigh in!

Hey Guys,

I hope you all had a great 2nd week and didn't do too bad over the weekend. I'm usually able to stick with my plan during the week great but I usually fall off track some during the weekend.
I did an egg fast last week for a few days last week, I'm surprised I stuck with it for 4 days. I lost 4 lbs last week, I really help I can focus and stay on track to keep this off. -Mari- has a post every evening "What are we eating" I would definitely recommend posting there as well, I like doing this to help keep me accountable.

So does anyone have a set plan for this week, that is different than the first 2 weeks, as far as food, or exercise goes?
I like to switch it up every couple of weeks so I don't get bored, and I tend to start plateau quickly once I stick to something for so long.
I plan on sticking to the eggs for a few days and exercising at least 4 nights this week. I feel like I slacked on the exercise last week so I really want to kick it up this week.

I will post weigh ins on Wednesday!

I posted from my husbands account by accident.  Not used to having someone else signed in to this site! That big jerk lost 18 this week AND I highly doubt that he would use hot pink font.  LOL

Anyways...Down 3!  Hooray for scale movement (and the fill on Friday).   I commend you for the egg fast...not sure that I could do that!

Congrats on the 3 lb loss! I'm glad to hear your hubby is doing well. The egg fast hasn't been bad at all, there are so many different ways to make them so I don't get bored with them.

I, too, could not do your egg fast,LOL Way to go. I lost 2 lbs.I plan on upping my exercise and adding more weight resistance exercises!
 Mari  Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!

wow. everybody did good.// weekend I went off so remaind 212. Maybe I'll try the egg thing too. I need to do more excercise this week.
