What are we eating, today??
For Sunday:
Busy busy day for me.
B: omelet (1 egg, 1/2 piece turkey bacon and cheese)
S: l/f string cheese
L; Piece of a pork chop with gravy (homemade) 2 asparagus spears
D: 6 oz of Cheerios (just wanted some cereal), Greek yogurt

My daughter made a cake with butter cream icing, helping her clean up and ate 1 TBS of the icing before cleaning the bowl. (the cake was for a friend, so not in the house, thank goodness)

(Ashley, I bought the queso cheese, they only had it with chipolte, but I like it spicy, haven't made the pizza, but plan on it, this week)

B- went out to breakfast: 2 egg ,ham and veggie omelet 1/2 slice of Wheat toast-
L - 2x protein yogurt
D- 3oz chicken 1/2 sweet potato
S- 3/4c Bran flakes 3/4c lowfat milk
S- Special K strawberry snack bar (90 calories)
Excercise: 1.8 miles on the treadmill (running and walking ,off and on)
shopping in and out of the car and walking around stores. does that count? lol
I need to start getting my butt on the treadmill everyday so I am ready for my 5k March 10!

S: Beef jerky-pork rinds-1 slice bologna
D: Chicken and bacon melt from Subway, just ate the insides
64 ozs of water so far, getting more in before bed
1 diet moutain dew-20 oz

I forgot to get some pepperoni, so will have to wait to make the pizza. I probably should have looked by the deli, I only looked in the cheese section and they only had laughing cow, brand. Can't wait to try it. They usually only sell pomegranates in the fall, but for some reason they have them, now. Some people don't eat the seed portion, but I do and it has a lot of fiber. I use them to "fix" my snacking craving's.

I had a fill on Friday and I feel so much better. The other thing helping me is that although my hubs started on full liquids yesterday, I don't have the heart to eat much in front of him. lol
