For Thursday:
For some reason I am "more" hungry today. Maybe because DH is going out of town for the weekend or Tom is coming?????
B: oatmeal with 1TBS protein added
S: String cheese, protein ball
L: Enchilada pie, ramekin bowl
S; Another string cheese 2 strawberries
D: Pepper belly (Frito's with chili on top and some cheese) ramekin bowl
S: some sort of veggie
Vitamins
3 1/2 bottles of water
Exercise
Edited to add, I had a ramekin bowl of cheerios and pistachios,(not together) ugggghhhhhh!!!

More eggs today..this fast hasnt been bad at all. Im posting from my phone so the format may be bad. B: 2 scrambled eggs-1 tsp reduced sugar ketchup. S: hard boil egg with mayo. L: bacon cheeseburer. D: 3 fried eggs and sausage. Around 74 oz water. Exercise

Were you satisfied after eating the 2 scrambled eggs? I had two this morning and I was still hungry after and starving less than an hour later.  Im wondering if I just need a fill that bad.

Yes, I'm usually satisfied after the 2 scrambled eggs for 2 to 3 hours, then I'll have a small snack. You may just need a slight fill. How many cc's do you have in currently?

About 5 in 10cc.  I haven't had a fill in months though...I can't even remember when, which is so unlike me!  I called yesterday because I noticed how hungry I have been and they fit me in this afternoon.  I will have to ask when the last one was!

Good luck with the fill! It's crazy how different everyones fill levels are, I only have 1 cc in a 11 cc band and have decent restriction. I used to not feel any unless I had 6-7 ccs in. Hopefully this fill does the trick for you!

I was reading this fast, and read: Broccoli sugar free cho pudding, I thought "yuck" LOL

Yea, I did forget the comma...........i'd eat just about anything but chocolate pudding with broccoli isn't one of them LOL......wow, I guess I have limits hehe

OK...I feel the need to come clean!  Weds was my birthday...so

B: decaff coffee w/fat free flavored cream
S.  6oz fat free yogurt
L.  a heavy soup of chicken, butternut squash and veggies
S.  a canoli  (yes...I'm still shaking my head, but it was sooo good!)
D:  1/2 of a crabcake, 1/2 cup mixed green salad and then less than 1/2 of my ordered dinner of braised cabbage, pork chop with apple slices and green beans.
S:  OMG...a chocolate cupcake!  2 small bites of carrot cake, and 1 bite of ricotta cake...OK...it was my birthday and I felt I had to just have a taste!

2+bottles of water

This week will be better!
