My tummy hurts

I got a fill on wed. Was fine on the day of the fill and yesterday. I had my coffee this am like always and I had my chobani yogurt with frozen baby blueberries. I have gone to the bathroom already so I know it is not that. However, as I sit at my desk and work I am feeling uncomfortable. Anyone ever feel this way?

I feel like that right now but unfortunately it's because I literally just had a fill a half hour ago and he couldnt find the port right away.    I would hope that they wouldnt have to push hard enough to bruise you.  If you felt fine yesterday, maybe its something unrelated to the band?  Good luck!  

What does your doctor advise for diet after a fill?  It might have been too soon for solids??  My dinner sat too long with me last night so today I'm on liquids. I alsofind walking or do something active helps move it on its way.
