Lap Band on 02/10/11

Thank you all so much! I was one of those that was really scared in the back of my mind....I've been heavy through out most of my life. Have lost here and there but always to regain plus some. I am so beyond pleased with myself and my band. My band has truly been the crutch that I needed. Its still an everyday choice of what and how much I put into my mouth but my band helps me and most of the time I feel in control (which is an amazing thing)!!!!

I pray that I continue success and know that my weight/ food choices/ and exercise will be a lifelong plan that I HAVE to continue.
