Just a reminder, that what works well for me or others, may not be what works for you. Of course follow your Dr's recommendations and what ever works for YOU. If you eat cake 7 times a day and are fine with that, that is what works for you. I say "congratulations" and I wish I was you. LOL
During My journey, I've not always followed the rules, I have ate all the wrong things, for me, and too much, etc. But I did not lose and gained some weight back. For my body, my age, my gender, my metabolism this is what "I" have to eat to lose weight and keep those carb demons away. I welcome all type of eating habits to post. We are all different. L: homemade enchilada pie, (ramekin bowl)
S: Green beans
D: made pot roast in the slow cooker for dinner, (ramekin bowl)

Happy Valentines Day! I had Walden Farms Chocolate covered strawberries over the weekend, they were so good.
Day 2 of the Egg Fast: I think I'm going to add in some meat tomorrow
B: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 tsp reduced sugar ketchup
S: 2 hard boiled eggs with mayo
L: 2 hard boiled eggs with mayo
S: 1 hard boiled egg
D: 2 fried eggs and 1 egg white scrambled
66 oz of water so far..plan to get some more in before bed..

Thanks Mari for that reminder! I often look at what others are eating and think I don't eat like I should, but it is working for me, and exercise! :)
B: skipped (had to take daughter to dentist)
L: chick-fil-a kids meal with sweet tea (our out and about busy, busy, busy day)
D: and for our romantic Valentine's dinner: beans and weinies!! LOL!!!
Drinking water as much as I can. I can't seem to catch a break...first a week long illness that knocked me off my heinie...now a kidney stone. UGH!!
B: skipped (had to take daughter to dentist)
L: chick-fil-a kids meal with sweet tea (our out and about busy, busy, busy day)
D: and for our romantic Valentine's dinner: beans and weinies!! LOL!!!
Drinking water as much as I can. I can't seem to catch a break...first a week long illness that knocked me off my heinie...now a kidney stone. UGH!!
Ok. So I am going to go out on a limb here and post my day from yesterday 2/14/12.
B: skipped - generally my usually - fill up on liquids in the am
Bottle of water and bottle of crystal light
L: My day sucked and I didn't even get a break
Cheese (the fake canned yummy crap) and crackers
S#1: Mandarin Orange Dole Fruit Cup
S#2: Kudos 100 calorie bar
S#3: 2 Laughing Cow Light Cheese wedges (before heading to job #2)
D: I worked my usual 12 hour Tuesday day and wanted to treat myself!
McDonalds small fry with ketchup and 4 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce (fast food is a rarity for me and this took me 1 frigging hour to eat which is why I generally do not bother but I
had a salty craving and like I mentioned a "treat")
