For Wednesday
B: New Choc Unjury shake (it's even yummier than the old choc flavor)
S: L/F cottage cheese with a few slices of tomato's
L: Homemade chicken/eggplant/tomato's
S: Plum
D: Ramekin bowl of left over post roast
S: Maybe Greek yogurt, (it is so good to me, I could eat 20 of them, LOL)
Vitamins
3 1/2 bottles of water
Exercise
How about you???

Wednesday:
B-1 1/4c whole wheat shredded wheat 3/4c lf milk
L 3/4c lf cottage cheese- little lettuce 1/2c tomato soup
s- 1c non fat yogurt with 1/4 barenaked granola
D- 1 1/4c chili   2 raisin toast with 1tbls  Natural Peanut butter
s- 1 1/4c kix cereal sm banana 3/4c milk

Having a fill on Tuesday...can't wait seem to be quite hungry

3rd day of Egg Fast wasn't too bad..decided to have some meat for dinner

B: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 tsp sugar reduced ketchup
S: 1 boiled egg with mayo
L: 2 boiled eggs with mayo
S: 2 boiled eggs with salt
D: Cheeseburger with bacon
Slacked on water today..only around 48 oz in so far

I haven't been too crazy with my bad habits lately so I will post again (I promise to post on a jacked up day as long as people's eyes aren't bugging out of their heads hahaha)

B: YoCrunch Strawberry Parfait 4oz 100 calorie cup with Granola
S#1: Handi Snacks Breadsticks & Cheez
L: Healthy Choice Rosemary Chicken and Sweet Potatoes (added a little cheese - it was too bland)
S#2: 2 Fun Size Kit Kats and a spoonfull of Nutella (aka crack in a jar lol)  this was my meltdown moment for the day
D: 1/2 cup Bruschetta Ground Beef with 1/4 cup melted mozzarella cheese
Late Snack: 100 calorie kudos bar


A little low on fluids about 56oz total (tea, crystal ligh****er)
forgot my vitamins - as usual

Exercise
45 mins cardio program on the Arc Trainer
30 mins cardio program on the ellipitcal
Abs
Cooldown on the treadmill
(I could barely drag myself to the car after all of that)

 I've been going to the gym every weekday, so the mornings are the same: Atkins protein shake mixed 1:1 with iced coffee concentrate.

Then, on the way home today, 3 small sections of 72% dark chocolate.

Now, shower, taking friend to the doctor and who-knows-what, so I will, as usual, catch something to eat when I can. I admire all of you who can plan ahead!


PS: It's "tomatoes".

I am having a Jillian Michaels shake with strawberries and greek yogurt 2x the protein. These are so good. I had one for breakfast and I will do another one for lunch.
snack cheese stick 80 cal and pretzels 50 cal
D Healthy Choice turkey w/mashed pot and gravy with apple,cranberry butternut squash this is delish and only 250 cal
snack 100 cal natural popccorn
walking 30 min at work 15m in am 15 min at 3:00
zumba after 5:00

Going to drink crystal lite Margarita pitcher during the day. So good!

Thanks Nikki for posting that you use the Health Choice meals, most of the meal Health choice products, falls between the calories level one should eat for lunch or even dinner. I thought no one on board every use those meals. Most of the time I cook but my schedule at work has been bad and I have had very little time for cooking lately. I have something sweet all the time. I cannot go without something, it usually sugar free since I’m diabetic although I take very little insulin these days, I am and will always be diabetic, and will monitor sugar and crabs for ever.   Ashley I love your approach of high protein, once upon time when this board was full of ladies someone mention and posted something about Plateau diet. It is one hardest diet to follow but boy do you lose a tone inches and some weight, it really does move the scale if you stick to it perfectly. Eating high protein is one the reason I believe I can wear the smaller size dress without moving the scale.  I can’t do that for long thou because I’m carb addict once I give end to my carb desire I can’t stop there it comes the same 5 pounds back I’ve loss. So I usually will have one high carb meal on weekend to satisfy that desire.   So ladies I’m getting some great ideals and will not post much until I have something to say regarding progress. I expected so much from weight loss surgery, but have learn to accept that I may not have been the best candidate for this band, meaning another surgery would have produce more result. But band is all I have and will every have. No more surgery other than to removal it if necessary. I believe my band works, and also understand it does not work for some people. My reason for coming to that conclusion is I have not gain no more than same 5 pounds I initial loss prior to band. Before that I was looking at 5 to 10 pound gain a year. THAT A VICTORY FOR ME, this band is doing something. I will have to do the rest. Thanks for reminding me about the no more than cup, although I think I’m program for that, any thing more than that make me full extremely full. My brain automatically goes to ideal oh no I might be stretching the  pouch when I feel incredible full. Its little signs your band working that  Jean McMillian talk about in her book. So I’m increasing my exercise but will still do that 5-6 mile walk, I’m addicted to walking now. I will also, have to watch the mindless eating, when my carb addition get out hand. Those things the band cannot fix. So even thou I’m not posting everyday, I’m lurking with all the rest. Thanks for posting your meals. It’s a learning process.
