Well its been a long crazie journey for me. It started when my surgeon no longer took my insurance and I had to go see another Doctor. To make a long story short I hadn't seen Dr. Elliott in 18 months and when I found out they took my insurance again I was so happy. In 18 months I hadn't gained a pound or lose. But I'm not upset that means I maintained but I still haven't reached my goal. Next visit in the Fluro Room and I found out I have stretched my pouch but not that much that I had to have it removed. Dr. Elliott said one week of clear liquids and I would be okay. But that has been very hard for me for some reason ????? On the bright side I did lose another 3 pounds in the two weeks before that appointment. I can't work out due to my back surgery and now I have to have another one  With all that going on I'm still all 's Still maintaining my size 18 believe I can wear a 16 but I think I'm scared. Now a 2x shirt. All that from a 28/30 YES YES YES I Still Will Not Give Up and I will reach my GOAL!!!

I love your attitude and you deserve a big pat on the back for all that you have lost.

I am so sorry you have to have another back surgery, that is rough. However, after it is over they may have you do some physical therapy (or you could ask about it). You could tone up while doing recovery. I have found then when I have pt for my back (extreme spinal arthritis) I tone up and look great. It is just when I don't keep up the exercises long term that I go to pot. My walking and bike riding does nothing about the giant belly flab.

Way to go, you've done well if you haven't gained! Sometimes it's not how much you lose but how much you didn't gain. It's rough when you have physical issues too but just hang in there and do your best!
